Overall, I had a very positive experience with this cleaning service. They did an excellent job, my place was spotless and everything was handled with great attention to detail. There was a small issue with the placement of my key, but what really stood out was how responsive and proactive the team was in addressing it. They communicated promptly and made a genuine effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Sergio and Monica helped organize our extremely messy garage in 4.5 hours!! They were so amazingly helpful, and so nice. They were on time, and communicated very well. I would 100% recommend them and we will hire Karina’s Cleaning again in the future! It’s been a few weeks and thanks to the organization of our garage we’ve been able to keep it looking nice. They hauled away the garbage and the donations which helped immensely to someone with a young child.
